The Role
Presidio Office Manager will manage the day to operations of multiple offices. Everything from visitors to meetings in a fast pace technology focused company. This role is onsite in Irving, TX Monday - Thursday.
Responsibilities include:
Develops and maintains relationships with building management services, vendors, caterers, IT, HR, and other Presidio groups.
Manages all aspects of the office including, but not limited to, office maintenance, ordering office supplies and maintaining office equipment.
Initiates facility repair requests with building management and/or outside vendors and follows up through completion.
Serves as office ambassador to employees and visitors at the front desk.
Responsible for setting up/breaking down large meetings, ordering catering for meetings, helping to organize employee events, restocking kitchen/pantry areas and ensuring it stays organized and clean.
Internal support of travel and expenses.
Other various administrative tasks, as deemed necessary to maintain the office and culture.
Required Skills and Professional Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or hospitality experience
2+ years relevant work experience in a fast paced, corporate setting
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook a must
Exercises independent judgement in the completion of tasks and overall works with little supervision
Superior organization skills and attention to detail; ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
Must be highly dependable, possess strong planning and organizational skills and have keen attention to detail.
Comfortable with ever evolving technology and guiding visitors on how to use it.
Curious nature and the hunger to learn new things in a technology focused organization.

The Role

• Experience working in Agile, DevOps environment a plus.
• Experience or knowledge of web architecture, (Javascript, SOAP/XML, Weblogic, Tomcat) is a plus.
• Experience with an ORM framework, SOA Architecture, Microservices is a plus.
• Experience with Middleware components (ESB, API Gateway) is a plus.
Minimum Education:
• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred and/or equivalent experience; Master's preferred
Minimum Related Work Experience:
• 5 years' experience with ETL tool development with sr. level Hadoop eco system experience
• Experience working in Data Management projects.
• Experience working in Hive or related tools on Hadoop, Performance tuning, File Format, executing designingcomplex hive HQL's, data migration conversion.

Technical expert required to develop Data Center (DC) design requirements for Mainframe computing systems with consideration to two existing DCs to be migrated to a CoLo facility.
Expert will review customer's existing computing (Main frame, computing systems) DC design, evaluate design and generate gap analysis to best practices, produce finalized computing systems DC design and develop and implementation migration plan from two existing data centers to CoLo facility in the Dallas/Ft Worth Metroplex.
Full time on-site in Arlington Texas is required.
Must also have seasoned consulting skills as interaction with C-Level executives is probable.
