Job Description Full time position, 10 PM - 6 AM (eligible for $3 Shift differential), Monday - Friday Ensure paper or raw materials (inks, glues, etc.) are loaded into feeders, hoppers, bins, etc. to supply a constant flow of materials while the equipment is running Make adjustments to equipment such as feeder mechanism based on the size of the paper Deliver equipment components such as plates or spray heads to the equipment for installation Recycle old/discarded plates Provide basic assistance as needed to make-ready the equipment for operation Assist with retrieving plates, hanging plates and recycling/storing plates and other tasks associated with make-ready of the plates Qualifications Requires basic knowledge of presswork procedures and materials learned through on the job training Ability to follow instructions to assist in press set up, operation and maintenance Able to operate hand carts, pallet jacks, stackers, and hydraulic feed mechanisms Additional Information The rate of pay for this role at the noted RRD location is $17.50 to 18.50/ hour. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
