PMCM operates as a MeTV Affiliate on Channel 2 (KJWP) in Philadelphia and Channel 3 (WJLP) in NYC. Responsibilities include all day-to-day management of the stations including all tax, accounting, mergers and acquisitions, and other financial and business support services.

Mr. Morena also was one of the founders of the first ever Commodity Stockpiling Company in the history of the NASDAQ (SMG Indium, LTD). He also began another venture capital start-up company called JAR ID, LLC which is a software technology designed to obviate the need for “Chip and Pin” credit card verification.

Mr. Morena was also involved with many other businesses throughout his career including: WKCF TV18 Orlando, FL, NJ 101.5FM, WBUD Trenton NJ, WBSS-FM Millville NJ, WJLK-FM Asbury Park, NJ, The Asbury Park Press, The Home News Tribune, and television station Channel 35 licensed to Vicksburg, MS.

Rich began his career working for Price Waterhouse in 1980 where he worked on various audit engagements of large multinational manufacturing corporations in the Health Care, Consumer Products, Chemicals, Aerospace, Automotive and Oil and Gas Industries.

Rich is a CPA in the State of New Jersey and a member of the NJCPA, AICPA, CGMA, International Newspaper Financial Executives, Broadcast Financial Executive Management and formerly an Executive Board of Directors for Autism Speaks in Boston, MA.

Mr. Morena was born in New Haven, CT and has lived in New Jersey for approximately 42 years before moving to Concord NH in 2000 where he has now has lived for the past 15 years with his wife and children. He graduated from North Plainfield High School (1977), Rutgers University (1981), and Columbia University Graduate School (1997) where he earned his Master’s Degree in Finance and Economics.
