Position Overview:We are looking for a TC Helper to support our metal processing and heat treatment operations. This role primarily involves stripping beads from wires in a segregated area off the main factory floor, along with assisting in other manufacturing areas such as the airfoil braze department. This is a physically demanding and repetitive position that requires strong manual dexterity and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual, and eager to grow within the company. Key Responsibilities: Strip beads from wires in a back-room setting. Assist with moving parts to the airfoil braze station after unloading from heaters. Maintain safety standards, including the use of steel-toe shoes and company-provided safety equipment. Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment. Potential for promotion to airfoil braze operations. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in manufacturing is a plus. Strong hand strength and manual dexterity. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work in a warm, noisy environment. Must pass a skills test, drug test, and background check prior to employment. Punctuality is critical; excessive tardiness or absenteeism will result in dismissal.
