Job Description * Full time position, 10 PM - 6 AM (eligible for $3 Shift differential), Monday - Friday * Ensure paper or raw materials (inks, glues, etc.) are loaded into feeders, hoppers, bins, etc. to supply a constant flow of materials while the equipment is running * Make adjustments to equipment such as feeder mechanism based on the size of the paper * Deliver equipment components such as plates or spray heads to the equipment for installation * Recycle old/discarded plates * Provide basic assistance as needed to make-ready the equipment for operation * Assist with retrieving plates, hanging plates and recycling/storing plates and other tasks associated with make-ready of the plates Qualifications * Requires basic knowledge of presswork procedures and materials learned through on the job training * Ability to follow instructions to assist in press set up, operation and maintenance * Able to operate hand carts, pallet jacks, stackers, and hydraulic feed mechanisms Additional Information The rate of pay for this role at the noted RRD location is $17.50 to 18.50/ hour. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
