Role and Responsibilities
Heavy machinery manufacturing and operation of designated and assigned equipment and machinery including but not limited to roll forming, pressoperation, milling, manufacturing fabrication, welding, cutting, routing, molding, extrusion, etc. Entry level production manufacturer of sectional and rolling doors and door components. Manufacture products and components according to product specifications, drawings, BOM's, work orders and / or run schedules. Ensure product specification and product quality by following established procedures, SOP's, maintaining of proper settings, and quality standards. Verify product specification and product quality through inspection, observation, and measuring work pieces. Adjust machine / equipment performance to meet product specifications and quality standards. Utilize hand and power tools, cranes, and other material handling devices for manufacturing assistance. Fabricate and assemble sectional and rolling doors sections and component materials as required by the job.
Qualifications
Industrial manufacturing experience desired. Able to read and understand work instructions in English. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Experience with micrometers and other measuring devices. Roll Forming experience is a plus.
Education
Preferred High School Diploma or GED.
Physical / Work Environment Requirements
Frequent bending, pushing / pulling, reaching and lifting periodically up to 75 pounds.

Job Description
We're looking for a motivated and reliable team player to join our growing production team! If you're mechanically inclined, thrive in a hands-on environment, and have experience in a warehouse or plastics manufacturing setting, we'd love to hear from you.
Night shift with shift differential!!!
Key Responsibilities:
Sort and box sheets
Label and weigh inventory
Load material into grinders and process into pellet form
Clean and maintain grinding equipment
Stage materials for upcoming jobs
Follow grinding schedules and support overall production processes
Perform additional duties as assigned
Skills & Requirements:
Tow motor operation
Ability to read/write and use a tape measure
Mechanically inclined with basic math skills
Comfortable using hand tools (saws, nail gun, etc.)
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Team-oriented and able to communicate clearly
Must follow safety procedures and work in a warehouse setting

Available Schedules:
12 Hour Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Rotating between working 3 days/ 4 days) $21.00
12 Hour Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Rotating between working 3 nights/ 4 nights) $21.00 + $1.00 Shift Differential
Job Role: (ROTO) Machine Operator _ Entry Level ($21/hr)
A Machine Operatoroperates the molding machine to form plastic parts by performing the following duties:
Machine start-up, operating and shut-down procedures
Basic machine troubleshooting as needed
Responsible for adjustment sheet entries for their machine
Fill appropriate cube with correct color powder
Ensure correct weight of cube to be poured into mold
Pull finished parts and place on chute to go to Assembly
Places and removes chains on machine
Cleans work area, machines and equipment
Trains helpers on making proper adjustments and mold set-ups
Maintains housekeeping on platform and entire machine area
Must regularly lift 10 lbs., frequently lift up to 25 lbs., occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Performs other responsibilities as needed
