A Day in the Life:
As a Machine Operator at Monster Energy, you'll be at the heart of our production process, responsible for operating and maintaining equipment to ensure that production tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. Ability to be cross trained and multi-task in multiple positions.

California Faucets is looking to bring on a PVD - 2nd Shift Machine Operator. This role is based on-site in our Huntington Beach, CA facility. The hours for this position will be Monday through Friday, full-time from 2:15 am - 11:00 pm.
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating the Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) vacuum coating machines under the supervision and direction of the Production Manager. This job is responsible for the setup, monitoring, and basic maintenance of PVD coating machines. The position largely entails loading and unloading of machines, basic preventative maintenance, and inputting of parameters into a Windows-based PLC.
Duties of the position include the following:
Operating and maintaining PVD coating machines according to company specifications.
Minimizing equipment downtime through preventative maintenance procedures.
Maintaining and updating equipment PM logs.
Learning fixturing techniques and orientation requirements for proper PVD processing.
Providing training assistance to other employees.
Assisting with quality assurance and other technical matters.
Product handling, including properly fixturing onto racks.
Loading and unloading fixtured components from the coating machine to maintain production flow.
Quality control of uncoated and coated parts and deposition processes.
Troubleshooting of potential machine failures.
Supporting our engineering team.
Monitoring and ensuring availability of appropriate supplies of process gases.
Raising any machining or quality issues with appropriate supervision or engineering support.
Maintaining the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and following prescribed safety regulations.
Performing additional assignments per supervisor's direction.
