6:45 AM - 3:15 PM -Monday - Friday $22.00
10:45pm to 7:15am - Sunday to Thursday - $23.50/hr
Qualifications:
Sound judgment for use in machine troubleshooting and product disposition.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High School Diploma, or GED with 1 to 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred; or Technical Certificate with associated relevant experience.
Work Environment.
Work involves use of manufacturing equipment or close proximity to equipment. May be exposed to biohazards and/or chemicals.
Work environment can range from clean room and proper gowning requirements to a production area that is open, potentially noisy, and with moving equipment.
Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. and push/pull up to 80 lbs.
Recurring physical demands include standing, walking, stooping, crouching, climbing, bilateral motion involving hands, wrists, and upper body.
Concentrated visual attention to perform checks on products and components.
Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time.
Position Summary
The Equipment Operator II is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of assigned equipment, ensuring continued operation through interpretation of and response to machine faults, and line clearance needs.
Perform start-up operation from power off/cold state; complete equipment and product paperwork, such as traceability and start-up checklist.
Conduct Level I required preventive maintenance tasks.
Participate in changeovers to include line clearance, system transactions, and associated documentation.
Perform work order set ups in electronic batch record, data acquisition and inventory management systems
Pull test samples for Quality Control in process inspection, remove completed production from machine and place in finished goods totes.
Fill component Hoppers/Bowls as required to maintain production.
Perform minor troubleshooting to diagnose machine performance issues; escalate to assigned Technician when required to ensure resolution. Perform line clearance activities and return equipment to proper operation.
Update hourly production boards with production and efficiency numbers; note issues that prevented goal attainment (downtime, waste, quality, etc.)
Submit machine repair tags to identify issues requiring support services.
Ensure that product not meeting quality specifications is processed under non-conformance procedures/requirements.
Maintain 5S standards in assigned work areas.
Model company values and support strategic initiatives.
Perform other related duties as assigned or required.

Summary:
The Machine Operator will be responsible for the advanced tasks of a Machine Operator, to include daily production and quality control of parts manufactured on the laser, injection moulding, machine programming, and operation of a component stamping press.
Essential Functions:
Accountable for production with machine operation and programming, to include injection moulding, laser, and component stamping press.
Tasks:
Able to set up and program injection molding machines. This includes insertion of molds and programming in all run criteria and adjusting as needed.
Accountable for running daily production and performing hourly quality checks to ensure compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications.
Capable of using basic measuring equipment such as calipers, Ensure compliance.
Observe all safety requirements.
Creating nonconforming reports for out of specification product.
Posting production orders in SAP.
Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; performs basic and routine adjustments.
Able to maintain required efficiency rates.
Conduct preventative maintenance on injection molding machines, dryers, and chillers.
Able to train Machine Operator II employees on running equipment.
Able to drive a forklift.
Excellent organizational skills.
General housekeeping of work area.
Able to set up component stamping/laser/injection moulding machines.
Employee must show up to work on time and be able to work overtime as needed.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:
Machine Operation
* Continually monitor operations for product quality and equipment performance.
* Make authorized adjustments and modifications to equipment as needed to maintain process quality and productivity.
* Responsible for product quality; in-process checks, accurately complete all quality documentation, quality documentation review, requalification, rework
* Seek assistance from mechanical technicians & cell leads to meet production and quality expectations when required.
* Perform or assist with product or equipment changeovers.
* Assist line technicians with equipment repair, trouble shooting and preventive maintenance.
* Keep machinery, work area and floors neat and orderly and comply with GMP requirements.
* Perform quality inspections, process tests and record data accurately as required.
* Maintain accurate documentation for reporting PPH, scrap/waste, SAP and MES transactions.
* Identify and report any issues to the Cell Lead.
* Proactively participate in problem solving methods through CI activities, (Blitz's, Kaizens, KAS)
* Operators must effectively cooperate with the others to ensure effective shift transfer and communication.
* Support business needs by working overtime as necessary to satisfy schedule requirements
* Other duties as assigned
Safety
* Participate fully to achieve the department's safety goals.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
* Hold self accountable to follow all safety policies & procedures.
* Debrief accidents and implement solutions to eliminate root cause.
* Hold team members to safety standards/regulations & policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
* H.S. Diploma/G.E.D. preferred OR 2 years of industrial/manufacturing experience is preferred.
Please note starting pay for this position ranges from $21-23 per hour. For night shift positions, a 6% shift differential will be added as additional hourly pay as well.

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are willing to train the right, motivated individual to learn our tableting and packaging process.
Operate and set up a wide range of manufacturing equipment which includes high-speed automated tablet presses and packager production line.
Perform in-process testing and complete the necessary paperwork. Responsible for the efficient production of a high quality product.
Perform all work in adherence to safety precautions, regulations and Good Manufacturing practices (cGMP) as required by the FDA.
Tower Labs' production environment is clean and temperature and humidity controlled. Uniforms provided free of charge.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Dependability a must; we will be investing in you with training
Mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
Basic math skills
Ability to read and follow directions, complete paperwork and communicate effectively in English
Ability to concentrate and focus on task under stressful and/or distracting conditions
Ability to be a team player; good interpersonal skills
Self starter with high level of motivation
Ability to stand for entire shift, walk, bend, reach, climb ladder
Ability to lift up to 40lbs on an occasional basis
Ability to wear face mask, safety shoes & glasses, hairnet and gloves.
