Key Responsibilities:
Set up, monitor, adjust, and operate lab-scale electrodialysis systems with senior electrodialysis engineers.
Assist mechanical and build engineers in system construction.
Oversee and maintain the daily operation of Captura's newly expanded workshop space.
Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and resolve them when they arise.
Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures for health, safety, and environmental compliance.
Cooperate with the Captura's R&D team and contribute for the optimization and scale up of electrodialysis systems.
Role Requirements:
Experience with electrodialysis or electrochemistry and working in a wet lab.
Ability to work independently in small teams.

Operating equipment controls for loading/unloading rolls safely for packing and winding/rewinding of finished product. Preparing samples of finished product and printing and labeling material to be sent to customer.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**
- Perform the duty of packaging rolls as it is produced on the machine per work order instructions.
- Must be able to perform some lifting (
- Obtains material for processing from inventory bins. Advises supervisor if damaged, defective, or missing material is found.
- Performs machine set-ups according to standard procedures or work order plans provided by supervisor.
- Checks operating controls and safety stops on equipment prior to operating equipment.
- Must have legible handwriting skills.
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment in line with company policies.
- Reviews work order / drawings and resolves conflicts.
- Produces and packs product manufactured per work order instructions during shift.
- Must be able to understand and carry out routine oral and written instructions.
- Must be able to maintain effective working relationships with other employees.
- Must maintain Airtech lift cart certification.
- Notifies supervisor or manager of any potential safety hazards.
- Performs other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor.
**Qualifications**
**EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND WORK EXPERIENCE:**
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.

* 1st (7am-3:30pm)
* 2nd (3pm-11:30pm)
* 3rd (11pm -7:30am)
