Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate offset printing presses according to job specifications. Operate digital presses for variable data and short-run jobs. Monitor print quality and make necessary adjustments to maintain standards. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on presses. Review job tickets and ensure accurate materials and settings. Operate machinery designed to perform a specific portion of the production process for Carlisle Companies Incorporated. Assist Operator II and Operator III on packing and end-of linework, and as needed. Working 40 hours a week work week with occasional overtime, no travel required. This position adds value to the customer by ensuring production of defect-free products. Ensure customer order requirements are met. Primary Responsibilities: Understand the Production Monitoring Systems and log in and out as required. Remove plastic parts from Injection Molding Machine. Perform any required secondary operations as instructed by the Shift Supervisor. Trim and pack plastic parts as directed. Guarantee that the label on each container is accurate. Inform Shift Supervisor or Molding Technician of any problems or defects. Perform all duties in a safe manner according to Corelle Brands safety manual and Safety Training Classes. Report any work injury to your supervisor immediately, no matter how small. Fill out the “Operator Inspection Results Form” every day as required Inspect and measure the parts every hour as needed or indicated in the “Operator Inspection Results Form”.
