We're looking for a Laser Finishing Machine Operator to join our production facility in Tinley Park, IL.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Set up the machine between runs to exact sticker and label specifications.
Inspect materials before and after cutting to verify accuracy and quality standards.
Perform routine maintenance and closing tasks as needed.
Troubleshoot and communicate errors or issues to the proper teammates.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and orders.
Make suggestions for continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
Associates degree or at least some college completed.
6+ months experience in printing or troubleshooting preferred but we'll train the right mechanically curious person.
Basic math skills and ability to do conversions between metric and standard systems.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 60 lbs., bending, squatting, overhead reaching, frequent walking, and using hands for manual tasks.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, amazing communication skills and ability to work effectively (and thrive!) as part of a team.
Aptitude for mechanical operation, manufacturing processes and procedures.
Curious in nature, take great pride in work ethic, and be committed to excellence.
