This is a contract-to-hire position with the goal of transitioning to full-time employment. As a Humanoid Robot Operator, you'll have the unique opportunity to work directly with our humanoid robots to test and validate new behaviors and skills. Robot Operator , Robot Operations Shift: 7am-3:30pm About 1x We build humanoid robots that work alongside people to solve labor shortages and create abundance. The Role This is a hands‑on role where you will operate humanoid robots in R&D environments and, as the technology scales, in customer homes. You'll follow structured procedures to collect high‑quality data, help annotate and support robot sessions, monitor performance, report issues, and maintain safety and quality. Your work feeds directly into the AI training process and impacts how robots behave in real settings.
