Accurately document inspection results, job progress, and data entries in the ERP/MES system. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization at workstations (5S). Adhere to all safety, ESD, and PPE protocols during operations. Perform tasks with a focus on minimizing rework and repair by adhering to quality standards and best practices. Demonstrate a commitment to efficiency by meeting or exceeding process times while upholding quality standards and adjusting to the specialized needs of less frequently built custom models. Qualifications: Hands-on experience in a manufacturing, production, or mechanical assembly environment.
