As a Flexographic Press Operator, you'll help deliver products that support clean water, safe food, and healthy environments around the world. How You'll Make an Impact:
Review job orders to determine job specifications such as quantities to be printed, production times, colors, and color sequences.
Load, position, and adjust paper rolls on equipment.
Select and install printing plates, dies, and cylinders in press machines to specifications.
Monitor the printing process to maintain specified operating levels and to detect malfunctions.
Adjust printing plates and pressure rolls to improve print quality.
Maintain consistent quality checks during the production run to ensure finished product adheres to customer specifications.
Remove printed materials from presses and place in designated areas.
Perform preventative maintenance of press machines and report all safety concerns or issues to supervisor.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment and complete daily housekeeping assignments.
Maintain inventory accuracy.
Complete all job-related paperwork accurately.
Work with other press operators and supervisors to ensure a smooth shift changeover.
Ensures the work conducted withing the production area is performed in a safe and efficient manner.
All other duties as assigned.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:

Performing routine inspections on turbines to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
Preventative maintenance on wind turbines and associated systems to reduce downtime and maximize energy production.
Fault diagnosis and resolution of technical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and technology.
Reporting and documentation of work completed, including identifying issues, repairs, and maintenance performed.
Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.

What We're Looking For:
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to travel frequently and work in Field conditions
Previous experience in wind turbine maintenance is an advantage
Requirements
The minimum requirements to be considered for this role include:
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. We are unable to sponsor Visas at this time.
A Valid Drivers License
Basic Computer skills
Willing and able to undertake a Physical Check (Medical) to ensure ability to undertake the responsibilities of the role (working in confined spaces, climbing, lifting etc).
