What You'll Be Doing
Monitor bottle indexing on conveyor systems through the filling process
Monitor and document all Quality-related items (Hourly updates on production boards, Component verification to ensure correct product is produced, Bottle and label visual inspection for accurate packaging of product, verifying date code labeling correctness, Product verification, Weight checks on filled bottles)
Strong communication skills regarding machine problems and quality requirements
Ability to start and stop equipment and identify basic mechanical issues & adjust machine setups (Fillers, cappers, labelers, case packers, case erectors, palletizers)
Follow all safety requirements including using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment - PPE (safety glasses, required footwear, hearing protection, hand protection, correct lifting methods, etc.)
Support all changeover requirements of commodity products (changing caps, line clearance, assisting mechanics with changeovers)
Make tank switches and understand & execute the valve change process

Duties
• Support development of computer vision and machine learning (ML) algorithms capable of object detection, classifying, localizing, and tracking objects of interest from a variety of stationary and mobile sensor platforms with the primary purpose of real-time automated target recognition (ATR)
• Perform visual imagery data science to inform data collection, data labeling, and data selection for training deep computer vision ML algorithms, train the algorithms using the data, and validate data selection and algorithm design through a series of purpose-designed experiments. This includes:
o Analyze ML algorithms to solve a given problem and rank them by their success probability on new data
o Set objectives and develop models that help achieve them, along with metrics to track their progress
o Select appropriate datasets and data representations
o Analyze errors of the data, model, and design strategies to overcome them
• Write and test software to support the integration of machine learning algorithms into aircraft (such as autopilots, payloads, or other functional components) or other systems

Experience
• 2 - 5 years of relevant computer vision experience

• Proficiency with a deep learning framework, preferably PyTorch

About You:
You're a fit for the role of Second Pressman, if your background includes:
Minimum of 1 year experience operating a multi-color offset, flexo or gravure printing press, or serving as an assistant/2nd Pressman on a multi-color offset printing crew is required.
Ability to read, write, and perform simple arithmetic computations, (Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, & Division), including comfort working with fraction and decimals is required.
Should be attentive, show initiative, have a strong desire to learn and progress, be capable of performing detailed examinations and remain attentive to details which includes the ability to concentrate amid distractions.
