We are seeking a full-time operator in our Bindery department with proficient experience in the operation of cutting and folding equipment; some stitcher experience is a plus. This is a 2nd shift, 8-hr position, 5 days per week, Monday through Friday from 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm. Overtime may be available, dependent on business. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years' skilled bindery experience and be well-versed in all aspects of print applications relevant to projects requiring cutting, folding, and stitching, along with mechanical aptitude. Regular Schedule Monday through Friday 6:00am-2:30pm WHAT YOU'LL DO Set up the machine between runs to exact sticker and label specifications. Inspect materials before and after cutting to verify accuracy and quality standards. Perform routine maintenance and closing tasks as needed. Troubleshoot and communicate errors or issues to the proper teammates. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
