Perform machine clean-ups as required and maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Identify and react to production problems such as, shortage of raw materials, safety issues, inventory issues, out of spec raw materials, quality concerns, etc.
Troubleshoot machine problems and determine which problems need to escalate to maintenance and/or plant supervisor.
Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions as required, e.g. safety, quality, production, team, informational, etc.

Ensure all maintenance activities are documented and tracked to prevent unplanned downtime and extend equipment life.

Part of your responsibility will be to set up the press, ensure the job is running properly and check quality throughout the run of printing labels. You will be working with custom product packaging and printing labels, shrink sleeves, flexible packaging, and fulfillment in several industries such as food and beverage, personal care, and consumer healthcare.
