This position is also known as Wind Field Technician. We specialize in cutting-edge robotic solutions that ensure safety, efficiency, and top-tier service for the wind energy industry.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to travel to wind farms across the country, with all accommodation and travel expenses fully covered by the Company. Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

Production Specialist (Requires Application/Supervisor Recommendation) - An expert-level operator fully cross-trained across departments. Provides cross-functional support to eliminate bottlenecks, participates in audits, SOP revisions, and lean initiatives, mentors peers, and contributes observations to improve processes across the factory. This role is about more than skills-it's about mindset, teamwork, and the willingness to step outside your comfort zone to ensure the success of the entire operation.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED.
One or more years of experience operating machinery in a production environment preferred.
Mechanical aptitude to operate machines and perform minor repairs.
Ability to read and interpret documents including safety rules, operating instructions, and work orders.
Basic math skills and ability to use measuring instruments.
English written and oral communication skills.
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND MEASURES
Ensure assigned orders are finished according to schedule.
Maintain Weatherby quality standards.
Meet goals set during performance coaching.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to acknowledge:
Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, kneel, and reach for prolonged periods.
Ability to manipulate and assemble small parts.
Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 62 lbs and push/pull up to 67 lbs.

Safely and efficiently drill, tap, shear and perform other machining operations using both NC and CNC equipment

Operate electric, hydraulic and air activated hand tools (wrenches, impact drivers, grinders, DA sander, etc.)
Perform daily preventative maintenance and cleaning of work cells, machines and equipment
Monitor product quality of packaged product to ensure compliance to standards and specifications
Moving raw and in process materials to work cells and inventory locations
Use basic mathematic skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing and fractions
Efficiently use standard and precision measuring equipment (tape measurer & calipers)
Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to adjust to sudden work pattern or schedule changes
Comply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, local regulatory laws, and company safety policies
