schedule and pay is very flexible. We get shift juices and shots. The customers are very nice. I have worked at Pressed for almost 3 years and I have only had one bad customer experience.
Upper level management is not the best, corporate needs to give area managers more power because they are the ones that deal with the day to day operations. They are always making changes to stores and those changes always slow down the productivity of the store, regional managers and corporate do not take part of the daily operations so it would be nice for them to ask how a change would affect us.
Flexibility and work environment
I like my coworkers.
I don’t like the upper management style or the lack of communication down the line. i don’t like the salary for the amount of work we do. I don’t like the way the company goes about introducing changes to policy.
