My supervisor is kind and gentle and yet firm when needed. The HR sincerely cares. The office staff will associate with you and calls you by your name when they are on the floor. When I have an issue with my work station the maintenance department are quick to respond, thorough and patient while you check to see if the issue has been resolved. Employees have been there for decades and you get incentive pay for as little as 1 year to decades more.
I try not to look at bad parts because its a waist of time. Work environments are what you make them. I have my hard days but I have good more then any. Its in your attitude, you mix with bitter people you will become one. Life is short, we spend the majority of our life span at work. Why not make it a good time as long as possible?
I have benefits, pay, time off with incentive pay and the opportunity to advance oneself.
