In addition to my role as CEO of Novipax, I served as an Operating Partner of Atlas Holdings LLC and supported the private equity firm's acquisition of Alcoa's aluminum rolled products business in Europe in 2014.Prior to joining Novipax, I served as President of the North America Food and Consumer Packaging Division of Coveris, the sixth largest plastic packaging company in the world. Before Coveris, I spent nearly six years with The Rank Group Ltd., a private equity firm based in New Zealand. During my tenure with Rank, I transformed three under-performing businesses by striking the right balance between entrepreneurship and financial discipline. Prior to joining Rank, I enjoyed a successful career with Alcoa. As President Alcoa China Rolled Products based in Beijing, I developed and executed a growth strategy for Asia that increased the size of Alcoa’s manufacturing position from less than $60 million in sales in 2005 to over $500 million in 2008. Looking back over my career, I am extremely proud of my track record of rejuvenating financially troubled businesses and quickly achieving profitable growth in start-up and newly acquired companies.
