Collaboration & Coordination

Qualifications

Perform general cleaning and inspection, identifying damage on all COMMS equipment and accessories, testing and replacing HUB batteries, testing of radios using the TRTS-2700 and 3515N test sets, as well as performing maintenance on COMMS Suites used in TOA vehicles/CESE.
Utilize and be well versed in the use of multimeters and meggers to test various electronic equipment

(SA) is seeking an individual with knowledge of electromagnetic (EM) environments and the effects of EM environments on electronic systems. The selected candidate will support the development and management of EM modeling and simulation programs at DTRA. Required Qualification:
5-10 years of experience in engineering including work that involves EM environments and/or the effects of EM environments on electronic systems.
Excellent verbal and written skills, as well as, an ability to digest and understand new technical approaches and data sets. The ability to interpret and synthesize results and translate them into concise and comprehensive artifacts for documenting and communicating to multiple audiences is critical to the position.
Experience planning and executing complex systems analysis efforts.
Experience in developing system models, constructing and executing simulation and analysis plans, conducting trade studies and/or conducting sensitivity analysis.
Candidates with experience with the DoD verification, validation, and accreditation (VV&A) process preferred.
An exceptionally strong candidate would have at least 10 years of experience in at least one of the following:
EM testing in the lab or in the field
Development of EM modeling and simulation (M&S) software or other physics-based time and/or frequency domain M&S software, or
Other VV&A work related to the effects of EM environments on systems
Clearance Level

Job Summary:
R3 requires multiple Logistics Specialist to support the Navy Expeditionary Logistics Support Group (NAVELSG) with Table of Allowance (TOA) management in Defense Property Management System-Warehouse Module (DPAS-WM). Provide Integrated Logistics Support and Overhaul ILS/ILO required to support deployed forces in an expeditionary combat environment and includes communications equipment inventory, TOA and non-TOA equipment inventory and maintenance, integrated logistics support, and container management support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create Facilities and Assemblies in DPAS to model current TOA requirements.
Perform Data entry DPAS-WM and maintenance support databases.
Provide storeroom inventory management to include identifying parts, materials, and specialized tools and equipment.
Analyze and apply inter-operability methods for military technical data with other Navy and/or DoD logistics applications. Prepare Quality Deficiency Reports (QDR) for incorrect or defective components. Conduct and document technical research and data normalization efforts for TOA, integrate logistics outfitting/overhaul, repair and replacement of parts using available tools including LOGIQUEST or other programs; inspect, control and document usage. Document and maintain findings and material status in DPAS-WM as required.
Provide disposition actions for no-serviceable, excess items or items being replaced with a tech refresh or as directed by NAVELSG. Initiate disposition requests in DPAS and schedule appointments to drop off items to DLA services for disposition or as directed by NAVELSG. All required DPAS actions and paperwork will be completed and routed to NAVELSG personnel for signature.
Provide Quality Control / Quality Assurance (QC/QA) to ensure inventory validity and all movements of inventory are executed properly manually and electronically in all inventory managed data bases DPAS, JCM, OMMS-NG and other required APSR. Conduct 10% random monthly Floor-to-Book and Book-to-Floor inventories using DPAS; provide inventory results and details on discrepancies.
Ensure configuration management of assigned equipment and document configuration and configuration changes including the red lining drawings. Make recommendations regarding TOA, Hatch Boxes, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Internal Airlift/Helicopter Slingable-Container Unit (ISU) cargo containers and shelters configuration control and management procedures. Prepare TOA Stowage Documentation Plans for TOA deployment: list assemblies/facilities/items stowed in the container, the locations, and the quantities and to the maximum extent possible, visual images. The stowage documentation plans shall be prepared at the container level, company level and total deployment package level. The plans shall be prepared in both paper and electronic formats.
Configuration Data Management: query the Weapons System File (WSF) using Model Based Product Support (MBPS) to support Configuration Data Management.
Provide integrated logistics overhaul services to assess, evaluate, and conduct repairs required to restore equipment to operational status. Conduct visual and functional checks, operational and underway tests; open and inspect, identify required repair and replacement parts, and identify spares for procurement. Preventive and corrective maintenance shall be performed on all non-CESE TOA.
Conduct a comparison of TOA pack out or assets on hand to current TOA Viewer before performing ILO to validate that the most up to date configuration will be utilized while the ILO is being completed. Notify and submit all differences found before conducting ILO.
Conduct ILO on non-CESE TOA as needed and upload ILO inventories into DPAS.
Complete ILO on 25 containers a month to ensure TOA assets are in a ready to deploy status.
Support Mobilization and Reconstitution of TOA assets utilizing DPAS-WM.
Utilize durable bar code or Item Unique Identification (IUID) marking formats, based on government requirements for all TOA.
Analyze the data requirements within DPAS-WM and include a common location schema for the multiple storage areas across command locations, research and assignment of Local Stock Numbers (LSN) when a valid National Stock Number (NSN) is not available. Provide a warehouse layout and location marking for each storage area and add locations as required.
Support routine assessment and testing onboard assigned equipment including conducting system and equipment functional tests to achieve TOA ready status.
Conduct engine inspections and ensure operational readiness onboard various CEEI equipment for proper performance to achieve TOA ready status. Review logs, records, engine hours, scheduled maintenance requirements, document findings, and provide recommendations and corrective actions.
Conduct pre- and post-delivery acceptance inspection at designated sites, document findings, assist with discrepancy documentation and corrections.
Support NAVELSG's Calibration Program. Ensure relevant equipment is in the calibration program and help to ensure that the equipment is being calibrated at the appropriate time intervals. Document calibration certificates within DPAS-WM.
Conduct ILOs on FSSPs and like equipment to include FSSP commodity management, preventative and corrective maintenance and ILO. Inspect the equipment for potential damage incurred during recurring shipment and design additional blocking and bracing if needed. Inspect the FSSP for damage and/or missing parts to include; hose assemblies, couplings, excessive wear, all ground cables to ensure they are correctly installed and for broken or damaged conditions. Provide field service to all pumps and valves and repair or replace hoses and couplings in accordance with Technical Manuals.
Develop processes for utilizing DPAS-WM in the day-to-day operations of NAVELSG TOA.
Issue and receive equipment and track items deployed throughout NAVELSG Enterprise.
Provide expertise in Integrated Logistics Support / Overhaul ILS/ILO Center procedures.
Assist with configuration of TOA Warehouse Facilities.
Prepare contract deliverables such as monthly status reports.
Assist with quality control processes.
Qualifications:
Secret security clearance eligibility required
Experience with Navy TOA processes required
Experience using the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) or Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS), and specifically the Warehouse Management module, required.
Experience using accountable property systems of record (APSRs), such as Model Based Product Support, CDMD-OA, OMMS-NG, EXMIS, and SKED, required.
Experience with the Navy's 3M preventative maintenance system required; 3M supervisor experience is highly desirable.
Qualify as RPPO/3M 302 .
Experience using business intelligence software, especially TABLEAU, is highly desirable.
Materials handling equipment (MHE, e.g forklift operator) license is highly desirable.
Hazardous material (HAZMAT) management experience is highly desirable.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products.
