Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in school outreach, community engagement, education partnerships, or related roles. Strong public-speaking and presentation abilities; comfortable engaging with groups of parents, teachers, and students. Excellent interpersonal skills with an outgoing, relationship-driven approach. Understanding of school environments, parent-teacher dynamics, and PTA structures. Strong written communication skills and ability to create polished outreach materials.
