The Loss Prevention Specialist will be responsible for identifying theft and reducing shrink for all locations. These locations include, but not limited to, vending, markets, cafeterias, and warehouses. Key responsibilities: Catching theft at market locations using recorded and live cameras Preparing detailed reports for review with management and clients, regarding incidents that have occurred Contacting clients via phone or e-mail Communication with all departments within MVG, including route drivers and Supervisors Meet monthly quota for catching thefts Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma required, asset protection/loss prevention experience preferred Knowledge of loss prevention, asset protection and safety terminology, methods, and tools preferred Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
