Job Description SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Demand Generation and Marketing Operations Manager to join our dynamic Digital Marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving demand generation efforts and managing cross-channel marketing operations to ensure seamless execution and alignment with marketing strategies and priorities. The ideal candidate is a data-driven B2B marketer with deep expertise in demand generation and marketing automation systems (e.g., Marketo). RESPONSIBILITIES: Demand Generation: · Develop and execute demand generation strategies and campaigns to drive lead acquisition and pipeline growth. · Implement and improve effective lead scoring models to prioritize and qualify leads based on engagement and fit. · Design and manage lead nurturing programs to maintain engagement and move leads through the sales funnel. Marketing Operations: · Optimize marketing processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all channels. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. · Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement. Marketing Technology: · Oversee the implementation and management of marketing technology tools and platforms, including Marketo, Demandbase, and Qualified. · Ensure seamless integration of marketing technology with other systems (e.g., CRM, ZoomInfo and SalesLoft) to enhance automation and efficiency. · Stay updated on the latest marketing technology trends and innovations to continuously improve the tech stack. REQUIREMENTS: + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. + 7+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on marketing technology, demand generation, and marketing operations. + Demonstrated expertise in Marketing Automation systems (e.g., Marketo) and other digital marketing tools + Exceptional project management skills and proven experience in managing marketing operations. + Proven track record of developing and executing demand generation campaigns and implementing lead scoring and lead nurturing programs. + Strong analytical skills and marketing KPI reporting experience.
