Sherry Bahrambeygui has been Chief Executive Officer of the Company since January 2019. She has served as a director of the Company since November 2011. She previously served as Interim CEO from November 2018 to January 2019. Ms. Bahrambeygui has been an instrumental component of the evolution of the Company’s governance and has led several efforts of strategic importance to the Company, including identification and recruitment of key talent for executive leadership, execution of strategic negotiations, and leading the acquisition of the technology and online business, Aeropost, Inc. Ms. Bahrambeygui served as Vice Chair of the Board from October 2016 to October 2017. During her tenure on the Board, she has also served as Chair of the Compensation and Nominating/Corporate Governance Committees and as a member of the Real Estate and Executive Committees. Ms. Bahrambeygui has served as a Senior Executive and Managing Member of The Price Group, LLC from January 2007 to November 2018 and serves on the Boards of Price Philanthropies Foundation and the Aaron Price Fellowship Foundation. Ms. Bahrambeygui was previously the Chief Executive Officer of PS Ivanhoe, LLC, a commercial real estate investment company. Ms. Bahrambeygui was also a founding partner of the law firm Bahrambeygui & Hosey LLP and practiced law with an emphasis on international business, corporate and employment law. In this capacity, prior to joining the Board of Directors, Ms. Bahrambeygui represented the Company in several complex litigation matters achieving favorable outcomes. Ms. Bahrambeygui studied at Columbia University and graduated with a B.A. from the University of California San Diego and a J.D. from California Western School of Law.

Ana Bianchi is an Exec VP/Chief Merchandising Ofcr at PRICESMART INC. She has worked as Senior VP:Merchandising at PRICESMART INC. Ana studied at University Rafael Landivar.

Juan Ignacio Biehl is a Chief Technology Officer at PRICESMART INC and CTO at Aeropost Network and is based in Costa Rica. He has worked as CEO at Inter@merica S.A, Partner at Navsat, and Senior Technology Consultant at Datacom. Juan attended Tecnológico de Costa Rica between 1983 and 1986.
