* Implement UKG Pro WFM Advanced Scheduling modules including Advanced Scheduler, Time & Attendance, Accruals, Attestation, and familiarity with the Boomi integration layer.

You'll provide customer insight and improve the infrastructure by monitoring system performance, using the latest technologies available, updating and patching critical systems, and providing configuration management.

You Have:
5+ years of experience in Windows Server 2016, 2019, or 2022 Administration in an enterprise IT environment
2+ years of experience in network operations, including installing and maintaining network devices
Experience with fiber and copper cable management
Knowledge of Active Directory TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy Management
Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for administration, automation, and reporting
Ability to troubleshoot and monitor network and system performance, availability, and security using native tools, such as Event Viewer, Performance Monitor, and Task Scheduler

Work you'll do
As an Industry Solutions Manager specializing in Life Sciences Patient Services, you will play a pivotal role in helping Patient Services clients achieve their transformation goals. Leveraging your expertise in patient services, you will interface between pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device clients and cross-functional implementation teams to identify and implement digital health solutions that improve patient outcomes. You will design, implement and optimize patient support programs, define project roadmaps and provide product and industry insights to deliver innovative solutions.
