Ageism, the average age of pwc staff is 20-30 years old which is absurd for a company in a business where the average is 40. Spend years there, add value, find good solutions to problems and get a mirror to find the expiration stamp they have placed on your back because of your age. They cull their older workers every few years.

It's a great company with so many perks you can't really take advantage of all of them. Good people and respectable leadership and initiatives.
