Good pay, good colleagues to work with, promote technology and learning
Ageism, the average age of pwc staff is 20-30 years old which is absurd for a company in a business where the average is 40. Spend years there, add value, find good solutions to problems and get a mirror to find the expiration stamp they have placed on your back because of your age. They cull their older workers every few years.

It's a great company with so many perks you can't really take advantage of all of them. Good people and respectable leadership and initiatives.
The pay isn't very competitive if you're not in the consulting practice... and if you're in the consulting practice, you're working A LOT.
Real time recognition: People get a budget to send 'thank you's to co-workers, leadership or reportees.
