About APFC's Private Income Portfolio
The APFC Private Income portfolio consists of Infrastructure, Private Credit, and Income Opportunities sub-portfolios. This portfolio makes investments through externally managed limited liability funds, co-investments, and direct investments into operating companies
Infrastructure investments involve the purchase of critical assets with high barriers to entry and, due to the "essential services" nature of the assets, often result in low elasticity of demand. Infrastructure investments may include energy infrastructure, transportation, water/waste infrastructure, digital infrastructure, social infrastructure, or any other asset that possesses similar characteristics.
Private Credit and Income Opportunities investments involve the ownership of higher-yielding, illiquid investments covering a range of risk/return profiles. The People & Culture (P&C) function supports the client company by strengthening culture, developing the resourcing strategy, and optimizing the organizational design. Key Accountabilities:
The People & Culture Analyst will have primary accountability for data entry, data validation and data accuracy across multiple systems and databases. Example of Duties
The Billing & Analytics section plays a vital role in ensuring accurate and efficient utility service delivery through comprehensive financial, operational, and administrative functions. The position supports billing and revenue operations via financial oversight, cross-functional coordination, and data analysis. Key duties include bank reconciliations, internal audits, invoice preparation (notably with our online account management vendor), and maintenance of accounting records. The analyst manages all septic hauler operations, including collections and coordination with municipalities and agencies. Responsibilities may extend to budget support, contract administration, compliance, and required reporting. The role resolves billing and meter exceptions, manages contractual billing in the CIS, tracks billing rates and KPIs, and reports on operational metrics. It also involves handling outbound JVR notifications and helping expand IVR use. Additional duties include maintaining customer account data, processing billing adjustments, and supporting workflows and customer communications. As a liaison between internal teams and external partners, the analyst ensures timely, accurate, and compliant billing services. Perform other duties as assigned.

As a Senior Regulatory Financial Analyst, you will play an essential role within our Rates and Regulatory department, reporting to the Supervisor of Rates and Regulatory. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Provide statistical, financial and economic analysis to support company and department objectives, including strategic planning, development of alternative rate designs, and pricing options.

What You Will Bring:
