Position Summary
As a Reserve Integration Program Analyst, you will provide program support and process improvement for the coordination and integration of Reserve component personnel within a large organization. Manage administrative aspects of the MARFORPAC G-3 Individual Marine Augmentee (IMA) Program, including optimizing the process to onboard new IMAs, maintaining personnel records, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies. Develop and implement a standardized process to clearly define and communicate IMA Service Component roles and responsibilities, specifically focusing on transition procedures from competition to crisis. Familiarity with readiness assessment and reporting frameworks DRRS-S and/or DRRS-MC.
Develop and maintain a centralized repository of relevant policies, procedures, and best practices related to reserve integration, readiness, and GFM processes. Act as a key point of contact for information related to each topic.
Assist in coordinating with Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES), HQMC, other Service Components, and relevant stakeholders to facilitate reserve force activations, allocations, and readiness assessments.
Identify and recommend improvements to existing reserve integration, readiness reporting, and GFM processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other documentation related to reserve integration, readiness, and GFM activities.
Assist in the development and maintenance of Global Force Management plans and processes, focusing on the integration of reserve component capabilities. Prepare intelligence reports and assessments for the supported Command's mission planning and force protection efforts. Coordinate facility visits with vendors, contractors, and other government employees, and assist with requesting base access with the Provost Marshall's Office (PMO) and the Visitor Control Center (VCC), when required to support Counter-Insider Threat operations.
As needed, escort un-cleared vendors, contractors, and other government employees who may require access to the building for work related to the Counter-Insider Threat Program
Possess a Top Secret / SCI clearance with eligibility to SCI.
Possess Minimum of five (5) Years' experience as a Program Analyst and must have knowledge of Counter-Insider Threat operations, Law Enforcement or Security as it relates to duties above.
Must be able to read and interpret policies, guidance, and procedures.
Must be able to type at least 40 words per minute, and skilled in Microsoft Windows applications. Applications include Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, due to high level of interface with various levels of authority, rank, both military and civilian, Government service representatives, law enforcement, security, etc.
