The **Sr. Pricing Analyst** prepares various types of proposals for development, production, and competitive contracts works on large/complex proposals. One has a strong understanding of estimating & pricing principles and demonstrates application through hands-on experience. In this role, the Sr. Pricing Analyst leads and supports reviews of all estimates prior to delivery and review by senior management. This position can be anywhere in the U.S. within a 50 mile radius of an AV office.
**Position Responsibilities**
+ Reviews Requests for Proposals (RFP) and proposal documents for compliance to customer specifications/requirements and adherence to company policy
+ Provides regular and ad hoc pricing analysis and presents costs estimates to management, customer representatives and government audit agencies
+ Prepares and validates cost estimates for sustainment, engineering and manufacturing labor, materials, subcontracts and vendor data, parts & equipment
+ Identifies cost and price risks and applies to estimates where applicable
+ Supports DCAA audits and assists with contract negotiations as necessary and liaises between operations and other support organizations for estimating instructions and pricing
+ Performs analysis of cost estimates identifying inconsistencies and issues. Develops different cost estimation projects and procedures for final approval by management
+ Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
+ Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel (Team Lead)

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)**
+ Bachelor's degree in related discipline is required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
+ Minimum 8 - 12 years of related experience in Estimating and/or Finance
+ Experienced in and knowledge of MS Office Suite (intermediate Excel skills required)

In this junior-level role, you will play a key part in protecting our organization's digital assets by assisting in the detection, analysis, and response to cybersecurity threats and incidents. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 1 year of Splunk/SOC experience.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for monitoring computer networks for security issues.
Investigating security breaches and other cybersecurity incidents.
Document security breaches and assess the damage they cause.
Work with the security team to perform tests and uncover network vulnerabilities, such as penetration testing.
Fix detected vulnerabilities to maintain a high-security standard.
Recommend best practices for IT security.
Installing security measures and operating software to protect systems and information infrastructure, including firewalls and data encryption programs.
Must be capable of conducting analysis, confirming intrusion information and creating a forensically sound duplicate of the files.
Decrypts data and provides technical summaries and input.
Examines recovered data for relevant information and performs dynamic analysis to include timeline, statistical, and file signature analysis.
Performs real-time cyber defense handling tasks to support deployable Incident Response Teams (IRTs).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides financial management, analyses, and administration support for the U.S. Army Redstone Test Center (RTC) Directorate Support Services II (RDSS II) contract's Program Management Office (PMO).
• Assist the RDSS II Program Manager (PM) in financial management of the contract by exercising primary responsibility for routine functions. Functions include but are not limited to: monitoring status of contract funds; projecting costs and funds consumption rates; coordinating with Tatitlek staff and RTC authorities for funding requests, periods of performance transitions, and associated contract modifications; monitoring subcontractors' funds status; coordinating with subcontractors for their incremental funding by Tatitlek and associated subcontracts modifications; all facets of invoicing.
• Assist with contract management and act as principal event coordinator for associated functions.
• Assist the PMO's Purchaser in materials and services Other Direct Costs (ODCs) invoicing.
• Coalesce, prepare, and provide the contract's labor hours, labor charges, and ODCs inputs for RTC's weekly processing in Contractor Information Management System (CIMS).
• On-site administrator and expert for Tatitlek's time and expense accounting information system; assists Supervisors and employees.
• Audits travel vouchers in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations (FTR).
• Assist in developing policies, processes, procedures, and forms, etc. for PMO financial, labor hours, and procurements correlating to, and interfacing with Tatitlek corporate policies, processes, and procedures.
Experience, Education, and Licensure
• BA/BS degree in a technical, science or business discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Alternatively, 7 years of experience performing the job duties in the assigned specialty area (administration, finance/accounting); or 7 years of military training; or, a combination thereof in the specialty area (administration, finance/accounting) may be substituted for the education requirements.
Preferred Education and Experience
• Experience in a Department of Defense prime contractor's PMO; and in a DoD prime contractor's accounting and contracts/subcontracts functional areas.
• BA/BS in accounting or finance.
• Active duty or civilian experience in directly supporting a DoD military service organization, and resultant general understanding of military headquarters staff organization, roles, and relationships.
