About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Subcontractor Prequalification & Data Integration Coordinator to manage the end-to-end process of subcontractor prequalification invitations, tracking and progressions supporting our Subcontractor Default Insurance (SDI) program. This role is also responsible for maintaining data integrity between our subcontractor invitation-to-bid software and internal databases, ensuring seamless communication and accurate records across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Subcontractor Prequalification Management:
Coordinate and send prequalification invitations to subcontractors participating in the SDI program.
Track responses and follow up with subcontractors to ensure timely completion.
Maintain accurate records of prequalification status and documentation.
Data Synchronization & Integration:
Ensure subcontractor data is consistently updated and synchronized between the SDI platform and invitation-to-bid software.
Monitor data flows and troubleshoot discrepancies between systems.
Collaborate with IT and software vendors to optimize integration processes.
Reporting & Compliance:
Generate regular reports on prequalification status, compliance metrics, and data integrity.
Support audits and internal reviews by providing accurate and timely documentation.
Ensure all processes align with company policies and insurance program requirements.
Gather information for bordereau reports and update with risk managers.
Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as a liaison between project teams, risk management, accounting and subcontractors regarding prequalification and data issues.
Provide training and support to internal users on software tools and workflows.
Qualifications:
Experience with subcontractor management, insurance programs, or construction operations preferred.
Familiarity with invitation-to-bid platforms (i.e., SmartBid) and database tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Excel and data management systems.

Responsibilities
The Strategy Analyst provides strategic analysis and support to a small team focused on mergers and acquisitions, internal operations, technology and restructuring. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze market trends, assess business opportunities, perform ad‐hoc analyses as needed and develop strategic frameworks to guide the company through complex transactions. You will also contribute to Go‐to‐Market effectiveness, particularly within Private Equity contexts, helping align strategy, operations, and finance to optimize deal outcomes.
Prepare and analyze pro‐forma and historical financial statements and model building, including presentations to senior management. Creation and maintenance of key spreadsheets used in preparation of a variety of analyses.
Review target acquisition contracts and all other material agreements for business terms and possible restrictions on expansion, as well as develop strategy to maximize profitability and growth of acquisition target. Participation in overall analysis of proposed projects from financial and operational perspectives.

Qualifications
Education/Experience:

You will contribute by:
+ Generating, analyzing, and communicating key market, category, consumer, and shopper data to inform cross-functional decision-makers. Utilize primary and secondary intelligence platforms (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, SPINS, trade journals, industry publications).
+ Managing relationships with external agency partners (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, Advantage, SPINS, Numerator) to maintain a real-time understanding of market, category, consumer, and shopper drivers affecting C&S sales and performance.
+ Researching and developing competitive market, product, and trade intelligence reports to keep the enterprise informed of market conditions.
+ Reconciling and communicating all Category Management invoices, including billing processing, payments, expense tracking, backup documentation requests, dispute resolution, and vendor engagement.
+ Collaborating with Category Managers to reconcile budgeted versus actual services, revenue, and expenses. Partnering closely with Finance & Accounting to identify issues and provide solutions.
+ Maintaining the master independent store list, including all classifications, categorizations, and location-specific details.
+ Administering the CMCA intelligence portal, including content management, user insights, feedback collection, and future evolution recommendations.
+ Managing the New Business Development funnel, working cross-functionally with the Sales team and overseeing CRM administration.
+ Supporting project management activities across applicable work streams.
We're searching for candidates with:
+ Experience in Category Management, Consumer Packaged Goods, or Marketing.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
+ Strong data management and analytical skills.

Responsible for monitoring and validating ISO settlement data, interpreting ISO rules to ensure optimal collection of revenues, identifying inaccuracies, analysis of energy trading activities, and associated regulatory reports.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for all reconciliation, data entry, validation and responding to all ISO discrepancies for generation meter data on a daily/monthly basis.
Responsible for reconciliation, analysis, and validation of ISO settlement statements.
Work closely with the power trading desks, regulatory affairs personnel, and FERC legal counsel in reconciling internal and external financial settlement requests.
Assist in creating and developing reports for the accounting team and various level of management.
Consistently understand, analyze and review changes to ISO market rules.
Using knowledge of market rules and pending changes, work closely with other regional accounting personnel to ensure that revenue recognition and expense recognition is accurately reflected in the financial accounts and in a timely manner.
Responsible for organizing, validating and submitting EIA monthly/annual reports and FERC Electric Quarterly Reports (EQR), working with generation stations, legal counsel and support staff.
Assist in creating and developing spreadsheets, data retrieval tools and macros for ISO settlements, EIA reporting, FERC EQR and generation optimization.
Comply with Sarbanes Oxley Sec. 404 legislation as it relates to the work processes for Financial Reporting and Regional Accounting department
