Daily Responsibilities Track and support the entire SOW process from technical scoping to approvals, which requires an understanding of who does what and when. This involves Sales, Solutions (technical sales), Consultancy (engineers), the Project Management Office, and associated leadership; depending on the cost of the Level of Effort and SOW. Support Solution Specialists to refine the customer's stated requirements and how Professional Services will provide the proposed solution.
