Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or related field required; Master's preferred.
5+ years of experience in data analytics, compliance, internal audit, or risk management within financial services or insurance.
Demonstrated experience using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and databases (e.g., SQL, Access).
Knowledge of insurance or financial compliance, regulatory reporting, or data governance preferred.
LOMA or AIRC designations desirable.
Work Environment
Works in a temperature-controlled environment. May be required to work extended hours or weekends to meet deadlines.
