**General Production - All Shifts Open! - 18/hr!** **Responsibilities** + Perform 'weeding' by removing excess material from adhesive sheets. + Assist in loading sheets into coating and finishing machines. + Conduct quality inspections and count finished products. + Apply heat transfer labels to clothing products. + Maintain constant visual attention to detail and repetitive hand motions. **Essential Skills** + Entry-level experience in general production. + Strong attention to detail for product counting and inspection. + Ability to perform repetitive finger, hand, and wrist motions. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with basic machine operating or repetitive assembly. + Ability to use hand tools and operate machinery. + Steel toe work shoes required from day one. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic work environment where you can listen to music while working and be part of a supportive team.
