**Responsibilities**
+ Organize, review, and log customer tax exemption certificates.
+ Identify missing certificates by customer and state jurisdiction.
+ Collaborate with Senior Tax Accountant and Tax Director to ensure compliance with sales tax laws.
+ Perform detailed reviews of tax certificates for accuracy and completeness.
+ Coordinate with Accounts Receivable to communicate with customers for updated tax certificates.
+ Provide weekly status updates and schedule project milestones with the tax team.
**Qualifications**

The De-Burr/Shipping and Receiving Associate will support the Shipping and Receiving/Hand Finishing Department. This role will be responsible for receiving incoming items and material into the ERP system. This role will also clean and de-burr parts according to customer and company specifications.

Duties and Responsibilities:
**
De-bur the required number of components correctly, and in a timely manner according to process documentation.
Perform visual inspection according to process documentation.
Mark parts appropriately with the right tools.
Clean parts.
Receive material or other incoming shipments into the ERP system.
Pack outgoing items for their outside vendor or to customer.
Assure timely delivery of products to the customer or outside vendor.
Safely bring in raw materials and store in a safe organized manner per company standards.
Correctly setup and cut material in assigned equipment in a timely manner, and deliver as needed to the manufacturing operations.
Utilize a Forklift to move material or load/unload vehicles.
Seek opportunities for continuous improvement and maintain work station to 5S standards.
Self-driven, motivated - doesn't need to wait for instruction, takes initiative, doesn't need a lot of direction, fast-paced, flexible (willing to do whatever is needed versus only what is listed on job description)

Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
This is largely a sedentary role when deburring. This roll will routinely perform tedious operations requiring hand and finger dexterity.
When shipping/receiving this position will stand at least 95% of the scheduled shift.
This position will carry parts and material 20- 50 pounds.
This position will work the forklift or use another technique to bring in anything that is over 50 pounds.
This position requires lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds.
Routinely perform reaching, twisting, bending and grasping in order to package/unpackage parts, move and set tools, equipment and material.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time non-exempt position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Additional work may be necessary either on a daily basis or on weekends.
