Work Environment The work environment characteristics are those for a normal medical office environment. Outpatient call on an equal basis from home. Work hours Full-time or part-time, exempt salary position with Employee Agreement. Generally, a 50-60-hour work week is required for full-time; part-time as agreed upon by parties; hours are subject to change. Office hours vary by site, but are usually 8:00am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Some Saturdays and after business hours work may be required. Assigned meetings and travel are a part of the position. Wages Starting wages for physician will be negotiable based on Community Health & Wellness Partners pay policies and factors such as education and experience, national and state average compensation recommendations based on location and region. Credentialing Process Physician will complete credentialing process with CHWP as to qualification prior to date of hire. Qualifications and Requirements Education Graduate from a ACGME accredited residency program in area of specialty Award of Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic (DO) degree Certificates and Licenses Valid Ohio Driver's license State Medical Board of Ohio Board certification within specialty BCLS or ACLS Certified Professional Demonstrates excellence in a critical leadership role and displays a high level of leadership experience. Is a strong team builder; capitalizing on talents of all team members Demonstrated expertise in relevant medical practices, protocol, trends and best practices in clinical areas assigned. Demonstrated knowledge and success in effecting overall clinical operations.
