In this role, you will also supervise physician assistants and collaborate closely with our care team to improve patient outcomes, particularly for underserved populations and patients without health insurance. POSITION SUMMARY We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Representative to drive growth in California and open new markets across the western region. In this pivotal role, you'll lead our expansion in the Senior Care division, grow our Medicare Waiver program footprint, and secure key Regional Center contracts. KEY RESPONSIBILITES Provide compassionate, evidence-based medical care to patients across the lifespan (pediatrics through geriatrics) Conduct thorough examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans within scheduled visit times Manage a daily patient panel averaging 15 patients with 20+ minute appointment times Supervise and mentor physician assistants, ensuring quality standards of care Address the unique needs of underserved populations, including patients without health insurance Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members (nursing, support staff, case managers) to deliver holistic care Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with practice policies and regulatory standards Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and staff meetings. REQUIRMENTS Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
