Job Description:
Senior residents in their final year of training are invited to apply for our elective residency rotations.
The rotations are one month long, offering an average of 150 clinical hours to provide a comprehensive experience.
You will have the opportunity to explore emergency medicine or outpatient medicine, with plans to expand into other specialties.
Our dedicated academic team will guide you through the rotation application and placement process.
Emergency medicine rotations are available in multiple states across the country, and outpatient medicine rotations are available nationwide.
The rotations provide exposure to different practice settings and diverse patient populations, enhancing your professional development and understanding of the field.
Requirements:
Senior residents in their final year of training in emergency medicine, family medicine, or inpatient medicine are eligible to apply.
Strong passion for the chosen specialty and a desire to gain valuable clinical experience.

PCCAM is seeking an additional physician to join the group. Doctors Medical Center is a Level 2 trauma center, in addition, PCCAM is opening an outpatient clinic.
There are currently four full-time Intensivists and two neuro-vascular physicians in the practice
Staffing: 2 Intensivists staffed daily, each physician works with a midlevel.
4 ICU Units at Doctors Medical Center: Critical Care Unit, Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit, Neuro Critical Care Unit, & Surgical Intensive Care Unit.
ECMO availability (need to have experience) & EBUS.
16 - 20 Shifts per month, with 8am-5pm and 7 am to 7pm shifts. Shifts are in blocks 7 days on a block including a block schedule for the call, one week on one week off rotating with the group.
One week shift will be rotated to another sister hospital (Emanuel Medical Center in Turlock, Ca) for coverage among physicians in the group
The hospital receives over 1000 strokes + 200 TIA patients per year in a very busy and active stroke program. Doctors Medical Center's Stroke Program has received recognition as a Certified Comprehensive Stroke Center - One of Only 26 Comprehensive Stroke Centers in California and the Only Center in the Central Valley - by The Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval and American Heart Association Heart-Check Mark. All medical specialties are represented by an extensive staff of over 2200 members. The hospital includes the robotic services of 3 Da Vinci Xi with superb post-op monitoring, a Hybrid Room, and a Bi-Plane Room.

Ideal Candidate and Qualifications:
Enjoys working independently in a small group of physicians without big organization regulations.
Prior experience in subscription or concierge medical care is a plus.
Experience with geriatric patients. wound care, procedure skills, aesthetics experience and optional hospital coverage is a plus.
Passionate about work and medicine with great professional and bedside manners with patients. Flexibility at work schedule and responsibilities.
Has a keen attention to details with patient problems.
Strong discipline with chart documentation, admin tasks and follow-up with patient concerns.

Position and Package Details:
Full-time from Monday through Friday.
Manageable patient volume with priority on patient care. The candidate will start with an existing stable patient base and expand his/her own patient panel.
