Primary care has a team-based approach with a consistent MA or RN designated to the provider, Triage RN and Floating MA or RN. The practice is an integrated model with 2 RN chronic care managers and 3 behavioral health therapists. EMR system in place with Informaticist and EHR superusers. Onsite staff that provides Spanish translation.
Compensation and Benefits
This is an employed salaried position. First year guarantee. Then guarantee + incentive opportunity. The salary range is dependent on experience and begins at $210,000 for full-time.
