The Physician shall conduct baseline physicals, gynecological examinations, testicular examinations, colorectal examinations, and tuberculin testing; write prescriptions, make referrals for laboratory and radiology services, prepare orders, complete written medical record documentation, perform medical suitability reviews, and counsel offenders/defendants on examination and test results. He/she shall provide CSOSA with written reports of the resident's medical assessment results and discharge planning needs.
