Other compensation associated with this position includes a minimum guaranteed incentive for the first two years of $13,000 per quarter ($52,000 per annum) through UW Physicians. The incentive is based on both production and quality metrics, with guaranteed incentive pay being based on achieving up to the 45th percentile of production during the period of record; should the provider exceed this level of production, they will receive the higher productivity earned incentive instead. Clinical Instructors hold annual appointments that align with a 12-month service period (July 1-June 30) and may be reappointed to subsequent annual terms. Faculty with 12-month service periods are paid for 11 months of service over a 12-month period (July-June), meaning the equivalent of one month is available for paid time off. In addition to providing primary care, this role will include some clinical teaching responsibilities.
