Assist in the professional development of APPs by fostering clinical growth, offering feedback, and supporting continuing education. Participate in team-based care initiatives and contribute to a culture of collaboration and high-quality care. Attend relevant departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement efforts within the obesity medicine program.
