In this role, you will function as the primary provider in urgent care centers, managing a wide range of medical cases with independence and professionalism. Your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes, as you perform procedures such as I&D, lac repairs, ear irrigations, and minor procedures, serving patients aged 6 months and up. Required Skills:
Certification: Board Certified (BC) or NCCPA for PAs, Family Nurse Practitioner certification, and BLS.

Strong clinical skills, including minor procedures and patient management.
Excellent communication and soft skills for effective patient and team interactions.
Ability to manage both adult and pediatric patients confidently.

Experience with pediatric care beyond 6 months of age.

Familiarity with multiple clinical locations within a 65-mile radius.
