PointClickCare, MatrixCare, and American HealthTech are the most commonly used facility EHR systems. Provider is expected to be on-site on and on time for their in-person scheduled shifts. Shift Structure Rounding time is 7AM-1PM local time, during which the provider must be available to nursing staff and address acute/emergent issues that arise.
