Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and digital documentation. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving clinical environments. Experience supervising Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs). Bilingual English/Spanish. Must be able to speak, read and write in both languages without limitations or assistance.
