Schedule:
Virtual Primary Care operates 24/7/365. This position requires some holidays, weekends and overnight shifts, all scheduled based on a rotation. Providers are assigned (4) 10-hour shifts based on a weekly rotation. Weekday and weekend daytime shifts are staggered and may begin anytime between 6am-10am CT. Overnight shifts are assigned on a less frequent rotation and will begin at 8pm CT. Shift times and assignments are subject to change based on business need and staffing coverage. Providers may be asked to extend shift hours or pick up additional PRN shifts based on business needs. Extending shifts/PRN hours are optional and paid per the hourly rate.

What You'll Do
* Provide medical consultations including the diagnosing and treatment via the video or phone for Premise Health's member population.
* Provides episodic, preventive, and acute health care to patients.
* Provide occupational health services (i.e., injury care and related follow-up, as necessary)
* Conducts histories and examinations and prescribes medications and/or medical treatments based on best practice standards
* Develops treatment plans in collaboration with members; educates and advises on medical issues as appropriate
