A Rockford clinic is looking for a Family Practice Physician to provide outpatient care for patients of all ages. Candidates with all levels of experience will be considered. It is a full time, M-F 8-5 schedule with rotating Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
Graduated from an accredited medical school with a MD or DO degree
Current IL state medical license
Completed an accredited residency program
Current DEA certificate
Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine
Current CPR certification
Responsibilities
Prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury; Maintaining the patient record in a timely fashion
Provide narrative summaries in EMR to communicate patient information to other health care providers
Order, perform, and interpret tests and analyze records, reports, and examination information to diagnose patients' condition
Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical history, reports, and examination results
