Hiring Locations (California) We are currently hiring in: Southern CA: Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino, Santa Barbara, Ojai, Oxnard, Camarillo Central CA: Bakersfield, Fresno, Visalia, Modesto Northern CA: Sacramento, Oakland, San Jose, San Francisco Statewide travel opportunities for underserved or rural areas Our team covers both urban and rural areas, ensuring that patients across California receive high-quality wound care services wherever they are needed. Schedule & Shift Options Minimum Scheduling Requirement: At least two shifts per work week. Shifts: Typically between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM local time (subject to change based on business needs). Full-Time: Minimum 30+ hours per week (includes full benefits package). Part-Time: Minimum 2 shifts per week (paid sick time accrual available). On-Call & Weekend Coverage: Some on-call or weekend coverage may be required, but team members will typically be notified in advance to ensure personal commitments are not interrupted whenever possible. Pay Transparency Employment Pay Range: $245,000 - $525,000 annually Final compensation is based on provider classification, regional coverage, experience, and productivity. This role may also include incentive or bonus eligibility depending on assignment type.
