Wound Care Physician - South Sacramento The Permanente Medical Group is actively seeking a Board Certified/Eligible physician who is experienced in wound care for our South Sacramento facility. The ideal candidate will have experience within an outpatient wound care clinic or academic setting and preferably, but not mandatory, with surgical training, hyperbaric medicine and/or vascular medicine training. The successful candidate will provide care to skilled and long-term nursing facility patients at multiple facilities within the service area and will work as part of an extended care facility group. Geriatric Medicine Full-time opening: Roseville Geriatric Medicine Per Diem opening: Redwood City Full-time annual salary range is $320,040 to $330,000 plus additional potential incentives up to $44,350*. Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available. *Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay. Skilled Nursing Care Full-time openings: Modesto, Oakland, South Sacramento (Home Health and Hospice Care) Skilled Nursing Care Part-time opening: Redwood City Full-time annual salary range is $320,040 to $330,000 plus additional potential incentives up to $44,350*.
